Shipping & Delivery Policy
Pirie Appliances offers both pick-up and free local delivery services. You may arrange for a pick-up, or opt for our local delivery service as part of checkout.
NOTE: Please expect some delays on our standard shipping and pick-up times. Some products may be out of stock or back-ordered due to COVID-19. Once you place your order, we will contact you for a delivery time. If you have any questions prior to this please give us a call.
You will be contacted by a Pirie Appliances associate to confirm your order and discuss your pickup options. All deliveries are made between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Our polite and bonded delivery staff has many years of experience and will provide you with careful and prompt delivery with the least possible inconvenience to you.
As your order meets our minimum purchase requirement ($199) we do not charge for major appliance deliveries with a radius of up to 45km from our store, which is located at:
